Our next event is Tuesday, July 20th and time will tell if we will be making to go meals or if we will be back to serving the patrons at the Mansfield Baptist Church inside their hall. If you are planning to meet at St. Gregory's to help with the prep and packing of meals that day, please arrive at noon and be sure to send an email to Cathy at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know we have enough volunteers.
Each meal we prepare and package feeds about 40-50 people and the total cost per event is about $150. We need volunteers to help with preparing and packing the meals. We meet at St. Gregory's at 12:00 PM. Everything usually wraps up by 5:00, but you are welcome to plug in whenever you are able. This is such a rewarding and much appreciated ministry for St. Gregory's! If you can make the time to take part you'll be happy you did!
